Sponsor and submission terms

Who and what

“We” means maxmytokens (maxmytokens.com). “You” means the company or person paying. They cover every sponsored spot on the site and in the alerts email, Featured placements on model pages, and paid $19 submission reviews. The general terms of use and privacy policy also apply.

The rules that never bend

• Every sponsored item is labelled “Sponsored” in words.
• Paying never changes a ranking, a number, an order or a label in our data. Sponsors can’t edit listing data.
• A paid submission gets the same checks as a free one. Paying doesn’t guarantee a listing.

What you must do

• Be able to back up every claim in your ad or submission with a public page or written evidence, on request.
• Say plainly if a card, phone number or other verification is required to get the free offer.
• Link straight to your own page. No cloaking, redirect chains, link shorteners that hide the destination, or tracking tricks.
• Keep the offer as approved. Tell us before you change it.

We may edit your ad’s wording for accuracy, length or clarity before or while it runs.

Removal without a refund

We may reject, pause or remove any ad, Featured placement or paid submission at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do it for any of these reasons, there is no refund, whether it already ran or not:

• the ad or submission is false or misleading, or you misrepresent your offer;
• it is a scam, a referral or signup farm, or resells leaked, shared or stolen API keys;
• it is a jailbreak or proxy service that routes around another provider’s rules;
• it links to malware, phishing or anything illegal, or violates a model provider’s terms;
• you change the offer materially after we approve it;
• you break these terms in any other way.

When you get your money back

• Submission review ($19). If we decline before publishing only because your tier fails our evidence standard, we refund the $19.
• Sponsored spots. If we decline your ad before it runs for an ordinary reason (it doesn’t fit, or the evidence isn’t there), you are not charged, or we refund in full if payment was already taken.
• If we can’t run it. If we can’t run a placement you paid for, we refund the unused weeks or issues.

None of these apply when we decline or remove for a reason in the list above.

Slots, dates and prices

Spots are sold by the week, starting on a Monday (the alerts email by the issue). Book at least 3 days ahead and up to 26 weeks out. Unpaid date holds lapse after 60 minutes. Multi-week discounts: 10% for 4+ weeks, 20% for 12+ weeks. We review ads within 2 business days. Prices today:

• Top of directory: $149 a week.
• Directory, second row: $99 a week.
• Directory, third row: $69 a week.
• Featured on a model page: $19 to $59 a week, by model tier.
• Site banner: $199 a week.
• Alerts newsletter: $49 a issue.
• Model picker: $99 a week.
• Directory sidebar: $79 a week.
• Models index: $49 a week.
• Providers index: $49 a week.
• Provider page: $29 a week.

The price shown when you book is the price you pay. Live availability is on Sponsor a spot.

No guarantees

We don’t promise any number of impressions, clicks, signups or revenue. Traffic varies week to week.

Payments and chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you open a chargeback on a valid booking or review, we may remove your placement and refuse future bookings.
